Hillingdon Shopmobility
About Us
Hillingdon Shopmobility is a charity run solely by volunteers. We hire out scooters, powerchairs and manual wheelchairs to people with restricted mobility to enjoy independence. Hiring is for daily usage in the Uxbridge shopping area, whilst travel scooters and manual wheelchairs can be hired out for extended periods.

Parking
There are plenty of disabled parking bays adjacent to our office on the 2nd floor of The Chimes car park.
If pre-booked, we can also deliver equipment to the Underground station, the Bus Station, Barclays Bus Stop, Tesco Bus Stop or Dial-a-Ride and collect on most days.
Who can use it?
Anyone with mobility issues, whether permanent or temporary.
How do I join?
On your first visit you will need to bring one printed form of ID which includes your name and address. There is a daily charge of £4 per visit for powered equipment and £2 for manual wheelchairs. Equipment can also be taken away for UK holidays, visits, etc. Cost per week is: scooters £40, wheelchairs £10.
